1) Who We Are

This website and the services described are operated by Lenya Mobile Auto Repair Services Co (Car Hero) (“Car Hero”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or requesting our services (call/WhatsApp/form), you agree to these Terms.

2) Nature of Mobile Services (No Physical Garage)

Car Hero provides mobile tyre, battery, and auto services across Dubai and the UAE (where available). We operate as a service-area mobile business without a walk-in garage.
Parts may be sourced from third-party suppliers, and some specialized repairs may be completed through partner garages.

3) Call-Out / Dispatch Fee (Non-Refundable)

When you request service, you authorize an immediate, non-refundable call-out fee of AED 100 (or AED 200 for far locations) for dispatching a technician. This fee is payable even if:

you cancel,
you decide not to proceed, or
you are unreachable upon arrival.

4) Quotes, Approvals, and Price Changes

Prices shown online are indicative. Final cost depends on inspection, parts availability, and the work required.
Any additional work or parts will be explained and must be approved by you before we proceed.

5) Parts, Consumables, and Warranty

Parts/consumables are sourced at the time of service from suppliers.
Any warranty (if applicable) is strictly limited to the manufacturer/supplier warranty. Car Hero does not extend additional warranty beyond what the supplier/manufacturer provides.

6) Service Standard and Limitations

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not responsible for:

pre-existing faults, hidden defects, or unrelated issues,
future breakdowns not caused by the service we performed,
losses arising from misuse, wear and tear, or unrelated vehicle conditions.

If a vehicle must be transferred to a partner garage, we will act with due care, but we are not responsible for delays or events outside our control.

7) Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

provide accurate vehicle and issue details,
ensure safe and lawful access to the vehicle at the service location,
remove valuables/personal items before service (we are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle).

8) Payments

Payment is due in full immediately upon completion unless agreed in writing.
Payment methods may include cash, card, or approved digital platforms.
If we have custody of the vehicle and there is an unpaid balance, we may withhold release where legally permitted.

9) Cancellations, Delays, and Availability

The AED 100 call-out fee still applies if cancelled.
Arrival times are estimates only. Delays may happen due to traffic, supplier availability, weather, or operational load.

10) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, accidents, supplier shortages, government restrictions, road closures). Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled without liability.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under UAE law:

our liability is limited strictly to the direct cost of the services rendered,
we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of income, time, business opportunities, etc.).

12) Website Use and Intellectual Property

All website content (text, design, logos, icons, images) belongs to Car Hero or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

13) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Had a very minor issue but Ahmed came down as soon as he could after Ramadan prayers and fixed it up in a jiffy while also being extremely courteous and polite. One of the knowledgeable mechanics that are hard to find. Best part he didn't create a fuss over a lost in translation misunderstanding moment. Highly recommended.

Amazing service by Waqar Ahmed. I was stuck with a flat tyre in the middle of the road near Business Bay. He came within 10 mins and fixed the tyre within 10 mins. Service was very fast and efficient. Recommended for the quality of service. Affordable as well. Keep up the great work.
